Our Impulse Heat Sealers Instantly Seals: Polyethylene, Saran, Nylon, Polyvinylchloride, Polypropylene, Pliofilm, Kel-F, Mylar, Polyflex, Polyurethane, Polyvinyl alcohol. Equipped with an adjustable timer that automatically presets the welding time. Produces a flat .080 wide uniformly perfect seal. Easy-to-use. Heat bag sealers will seal bags up to 10 mil. Simply place film between the seal bars, press, and release. No hot-up is needed. Seals through wrinkles, gussets, and multiple film layers. Not recommended for cutting plastic or sealing foil impregnated bags. Designed for light industrial use only, approximately 1000 seals per day. 1/16" wide seal is air and water tight. Repair kit consists of Teflon tape and heating element.
